Brighton Work Talks by Bob
Hunter/Beryl Pogson. First
published
by Eureka Editions in July 2000. A new edition with previously
unpublished
talks on The Work.Compiled by Bob Hunter from notes taken at meetings.
440 pages. Handbound with wrapper. This edition of forty individually
numbered
copies only. Printed on 90 grams paper.
The first publication, in 1967, of Work talks
in Brighton 1963-1966 was intended as a record for members of Beryl
pogson's Fourth Way groups. The second printing in 1993, was a response
to a perceived need for Mrs Pogson's message to be heard more widely.
It
was still directed at readers who had a close acquaintance with the
system
of knowledge and practical activities known as The Work. The present,
expanded
edition incorporates additional meeting notes and background
information
intended to put the ideas in context for a broader spectrum of people
seeking,
if not answers to the riddles of the universe, a way of putting more
meaning
into their lives.
