The first publication, in 1967, of Work talks in Brighton 1963-1966 was intended as a record for members of Beryl pogson's Fourth Way groups. The second printing in 1993, was a response to a perceived need for Mrs Pogson's message to be heard more widely. It was still directed at readers who had a close acquaintance with the system of knowledge and practical activities known as The Work. The present, expanded edition incorporates additional meeting notes and background information intended to put the ideas in context for a broader spectrum of people seeking, if not answers to the riddles of the universe, a way of putting more meaning into their lives.
